NETWORK HEADS 7 NATIONAL HUNT STALLIONS TO BE AUCTIONED AS PART OF THE DECEMBER BREEDING STOCK SALE

Seven jumps stallions belonging to IFCE (ex-National Studs) have been added to the Breeding Stock Sale catalogue and will go under the hammer Tuesday 8 December in Deauville. Combined with the 7 stallions already catalogued, the will form the largest stallion auction ever held in France. The stallions will get the final session of the Breeding Stock Sale underway at 11:00am.

 

  • NETWORK (lot 830D), a Group 2 winner in his native Germany, was the first son of Monsun to stand at stud in France and quickly asserted as one of the best jumps sire. His progeny has won 13 Group/Grade 1 races. Top of the list are the champion chasers SPRINTER SACRE and RUBI BALL, but Network is also responsible for the Grade 1 winners ADRIANA DES MOTTES, RUBI LIGHT and SAINT ARE.

 

  • SPANISH MOON (lot 830G), is a Juddmonte-bred son of El Prado from the family of dual Group 1 winner FLINTSHIRE. He won the Gr.1 Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud and the Gr.2 Prix Foy Gr.2 for Sir Michael Stoute, and entered stud in 2011. His first three-year-olds won this season.

 

  • POLICY MAKER (lot 830E) is already the sire of the outstanding filly ROLL ON HAS, the winner of the Prix Alain du Breil Gr.1 (Champion 4-year-old Hurdle) last year as well as of the Listed Prix Finot POLKARENIX. He is by Sadler
