The next Autumn Sale organised by ARQANA will include a larger number of yearlings than last year and looks set to offer around 350 yearlings. In a bid to provide the most optimal conditions possible to both vendors and buyers, an extra day has been added to the sale. As a result the Autumn Sale will take place from 17 to 19 November at Deauville. The programme for the first day remains unchanged and will consist of a session dedicated to horses in training for both the flat and jumps. The following two days will be dedicated to both National Hunt yearlings (18 November) and flat yearlings (18 and 19 November). The Autumn Sale, which also includes the last session of the year dedicated to yearlings, has produced numerous Group winners such as Queen Bee, winner of the Prix du Calvados (Gr.2) at Deauville, Siljan’s Saga, winner of the Prix Corrida (Gr.2) as well as Stillman, third in the Mehl-Mühlens-Rennen (Gr.2) at Cologne. The National Hunt side is not left wanting with horses such as Le Rocher, winner of the Future Champions Finale Juvenile Hurdle (Gr.1) at Chepstow and the JCB Triumph Hurdle Trial (Gr.2) at Cheltenham, Fox Norton, placed in the AES Champion 4 Y.O. Hurdle (Gr.1) at Punchestown and Bonito du Berlais, who captured the Prix Georges de Talhouet-Roy (Gr.2) last Sunday at Auteuil also being graduates of the Autumn Sale.
The catalogue for the Autumn Sale will be available from 25 October on www.arqana.com.
